Your pregnancy sickness score
Get your score.
Twelve questions about the last 24 hours of your pregnancy. About a minute. Your score, your range, and what to do next.
Your score is the HELP Score, a clinically validated tool created by the HER Foundation and used with permission. The questions are the Foundation's own wording.
Lower is better
Scores run from 0 to 60. Under 20 is mild, 20 to 32 moderate, 33 and above severe. One score is a snapshot. A week of them is a trend, and the trend is what your clinician can act on.
Say the number
Clinicians who know the HELP Score know what 38 means. If yours does not, the resources page has a one-line explanation you can forward.
If you are in trouble now
If you cannot keep any fluid down, feel faint, or your urine is dark and rare, do not wait for a score. Contact your care team or go to urgent care today.
