What we collect
The HELP Score check-in
If you take the check-in on this site and do not save it, your answers and score stay in your browser (local storage on your device) and are not sent to us. If you choose to save your score to the waitlist, we receive your email address, your score, your answers, the range, the page you were on, the date and time, your browser type, and your country as reported by our hosting provider.
The waitlist
Your email address, the stage you selected, the page you signed up from, the date and time, your browser type, and your country as reported by our hosting provider.
Analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics from our hosting provider that do not use cookies and do not identify you. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
To tell you when Navey opens, to open your account with your saved score in it if you asked for that, and to understand how many people need this. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who handles it for us
Our website and waitlist storage run on Cloudflare. If we forward waitlist entries to an internal spreadsheet or email, that runs on Google Workspace. These providers process data on our instructions.
Health information
A HELP Score is information about your health. If you save it, we treat it with care, store it only to serve you, and never use it for advertising. The check-in is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Diagnosis and treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy come from licensed clinicians, including through Navey's telehealth partner, whose own notices will apply to that care.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep waitlist entries until Navey opens and your account is created, or until you ask us to delete them. Email admin@navey.app from the address you signed up with and we will delete your entry within 30 days.
Your choices
You can take the check-in without saving anything. You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it, at admin@navey.app.
Children
Navey is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and date it.
